Those
of you wishing to use KISD fields please include the
following in an email to Stacey Bravenec

THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION BUT A
NOTICE TO THE SCHOOL THAT YOU WILL BE USING KISD
PROPERTY
1. Team name & KYSC Number - This is the number
at the top of your roster and on the front of your coaches'
packet you received at the coaches meeting. It should
follow the format KTUxxBxx.
2. Coaches Name (Assistant also if available)
3. Coaches phone number - This is the primary contact
number for practice scheduling issues.
4. Name of KISD field you are planning on using.
5. Day/Time of your practice session.
This information will be used by KISD to contact teams
in the event the need arises to move/cancel your practice
(flooding, re-seeding, etc...)
Use of the KISD fields will still be on a first-come,
first-served basis so if your first choice of practice
time/field is taken this first week of practice, please
email Stacey again with any changes.
